		<description><![CDATA[Government Funding and donations by private persons and institutions to political parties should be banned. Political parties should not own Trusts.
OR
Mushroom growth of political parties should be curtailed. Parties preferring  registration should show evidence of member enrollment at least 5% of voting population of the state or the nation to register as state party or national party as the case may be.

Constitutional amendment for introducing Bi-party system of politics is the need o the hour.]]></description>
